Location
Located on this popular coastal development, 10 Cambeak Close enjoys a position that offers nice views from the first floor toowards the coast.

The village has a newly opened community shop for day to day shopping, which is within walking distance of the property.

The popular cove of Crackington Haven is found within a mile, with the Coombe Barton Inn overlooking the bay, ideal for a drink or to eat, with great sea views. There is access to the south west coastal path here, with superb walks to some of most rugged and awe inspiring stretches of coastline on Cornwall.

The neighbouring village of Marshgate has a shop and primary school, with Jacobstow also having a primary school. The village of Wainhouse Corner also has a range of amenities including a publilc house, petrol filling station, garage and shop.

From here access to Bude is easy, along the A39 and within a 10 minute drive. Bude features 2 sandy beaches, a busy town centre, a choice of supermarkets and the local comprehensive school.

To the south of Crackington, the towns of Camelford, Newquay and Wadebridge have a range facilities and inland, the town of Launceston has access onto the main A30 trunk road leading Exeter, the M5 and beyond.
