Our family business, Freelancer, initially started trading as a lettings agency in 2012. From the first day of trading we were licensed members of ARLA, members of the Property Ombudsman scheme and accredited with the National Landlords Association. We are now licensed members of the Welsh Government’s Rent Smart Wales scheme. We moved into sales relatively recently, coerced into it by our landlords with properties to sell who only wanted to deal with us. Our track record to date has been exemplary, with our fastest sale taking place after the first viewing after just 2 days. So what makes us special you might ask....
