The property has been fantastic for me. It is the perfect home or buy to let investment. I particularly love having our own entrance as it means there is no communal space at all. The flat is so spacious as it is split over three floors. It really feels like a house more than an apartment. The location is amazing, the shops are literally a stone's throw away which is so handy if I need to grab some groceries. Sydenham and Forest Hill are equidistant from here and both have wonderful deli's, bistros, boutiques and restaurants. Each also has a station with the overground line direct into Canada Water as well as trains directly into London Bridge and Victoria.
