The Property
Lodge & Thomas are instructed to advertise this flexible workshop / store building that is located between Helston and Camborne (between Porkellis and Nancegollan).  The specific location and directions will be advised for viewing purposes.

The building is of concrete block construction, with a concrete floor, and has been recently refurbished with a new roof that is clad with profile steel sheeting.  There are five PVC frame double glazed windows together with two metal frame windows, allowing for good natural light.  A single phase electricity supply is connected to the building, and LED lighting has been installed together with electric sockets.

Whilst there is no water supply direct to the building, access to a water tap can be provided on site if required (borehole supply).  Please note that there are no WC facilities on site.

The building is fitted with a timber personnel door, together with two timber sliding doors providing openings 2.12m wide x 2.16m tall and 2.06m wide x 1.89m tall.

Internally, the building is partly divided into two areas with an opening of 3.14m wide x 1.84m tall connecting them.  The two adjacent interconnected areas measure 56' x 15' AND 58'9" x 16'3" (17.07m x 4.57m AND 17.91m x 4.95m).  Therefore the total internal area is approximately 166 square metres / 1794 square feet.

Adjacent parking is available on site whilst the building is being used.

The building is suited a number of workshop / store / studio uses and a viewing is recommended in order to see what the site has to offer.
