Open plan lounge and diner
Perfect open plan area welcoming you into the property and allowing space for all the family. The large L shaped sofa also hosting a sofa bed (van sleeps 8) will ensure everyone is comfortable both day and night during your stay. Modern TV included in the sale plus all the furniture.
Kitchen
Wonderful open plan kitchen with modern features and colour scheme. All items will be included in the sale ready for your own use or rental business. Oven, microwave, crockery, pots and pans to name a few PLUS the fridge/freezer. This 2021 model and has been well maintained by the present owners.
Dining area
A cozy and perfectly positioned dining table which has a fixed seating area plus stools. The table is of good quality and can easily be positioned to suit. The Willerby Seasons have designed the interiors allowing exceptional space but also comfort so 'dining in' will also feel homely.

Adding the extra bathroom is such a requested item of buyers, being near to the bedrooms to be easily assessed but not excluded within the master bedroom. With all the family keen to get to the beach or out on an adventure this additional bathroom keeps everyone happy.
