The land has good frontage onto Lovedean Lane and at the southern end of the field there is a small pond, an area of hardstanding and the site of former stables. The northern boundary is currently unfenced but is marked by blue pegs on the eastern and western side. The property is accessed off Lovedean Lane via a pedestrian gate. There used to be a vehicular access with a five bar gate in this location as recently as 2016 (please refer to the legal pack for a document showing some historic images of the gate's location).

Location:

Waterlooville is a market town in Hampshire lying about 13 miles north of Portsmouth, 20 miles south east of Winchester and 8 miles south of Petersfield at the southern tip of the South Downs National Park. It lies to the west of the A3(M), which links with the A27 to the south and M25 to the north. Rowlands railway station provides regular services to London Waterloo as well as Portsmouth.

The property lies in the village of Lovedean, which lies about 2 miles north of Waterlooville and is accessed via the A3 and Lovedean Lane. The property lies on the east side of Lovedean Lane between its junctions with Coldhill Lane and Day Lane just to the south of the Bird in Hand public house.
