The sale of the land at The Heck is available for separate negotiation. The two enclosures roughly equate to just under an acre and would make useful paddocks for animals and grazing. The site is situated in the rural hamlet of Heck within close proximity of Lochmaben. There is access from the track to each paddock.

We are not aware of any services being connected or attempts to gain planning consent for development. The plots are generally well fenced.

Tenure and Possession: The Freehold title is offered for sale with vacant possession upon completion.
