The land is a mixture of Grade 3 and 4, with the soils being a combination of the ‘Bardsey’ and ‘Rivington 1’ series, being suitable for arable and grassland.

From Sheffield, head south on the A61 towards Chesterfield. At the Bowshaw Roundabout, take the first exit on to Jordanthorpe Parkway signposted for Coal Aston. At the next roundabout, take the third exit on to Dyche Lane and follow into Coal Aston. At the next roundabout, take the first exit on to Eckington Road signposted Marsh Lane, Eckington. After 2 miles, the land will be on your left.

From Chesterfield, head north on the A61 towards Sheffield and as you pass the Kia garage on the left, at the next roundabout take the fourth exit on to Station Road. Following the road for 3 miles, you will pass through Old Whittington and New Whittington where the road becomes Long Line. At the end of the road is a crossroads from which the land can be seen.
