Besides the garage on the west side, there is a detached timber garage with an adjoining garden store. It sits almost centrally in its established garden and is set well back from the lane. The front garden has tall dense hedgerow providing privacy and many tall trees including Fir. There are ornamental shrubs including Wisteria interspersing a large expanse of shaped lawn with stone edging.

The rear south facing garden is very private. Along the rear elevation there is a covered veranda and a stone terrace, both providing excellent areas for entertaining. There is a large area of lawn, with mature trees including a Magnolia and borders planted with a variety of ornamental shrubs. A good-sized secluded kitchen garden includes a soft fruit area and a small mixed orchard. The garden is one of the standout features of the property and is immaculately presented.

Wrington is a popular and thriving village about 12 miles south of Bristol. Amenities include village halls, churches, public houses, general stores, a garage, chemist, coffee shop, hairdressers and a primary school. Churchill comprehensive school is about 4 miles to the south west, and is very well respected. There is an excellent choice of private schooling at Sidcot, Wells Cathedral and Millfield, and a number of schools in Bristol.
