We moved here some 10 years ago because it was ideal for our needs and it has been a wonderful home in a superb location but circumstances have changed and it is time to start a new chapter. During our time here, we created the open plan area and installed the central island as well as converting the garage into the utility room and storage facility.
It is great to be able to take the dog for a walk along the clifftops and Botany Bay and not far away is the quiet Kingsgate Bay or Joss Bay for surfing and paddle boarding or the local riding stables for horsey enthusiasts. We are within walking distance of the North Foreland Golf club for golfing aficionados and if you want a drink or a meal without having to take the car out there is the Botany Bay hotel or the Captain Digby restaurant.
