Fully fitted appliances including fridge, separate fridge freezer, dishwasher, two ovens all by Siemens. The integrated extractor fan is built by Bora. Flooring is imported Italian porcelain tiles.

The whole house was re-wired and re-plumbed in the extension and refurbishment programme in 2018.

The property holds a sought-after position overlooking fields in the village of Hatfield Broad Oak.

The property is approached from the quiet street up to a private driveway which has space for multiple vehicles.

Upon entering through the centrally located front door, the ground floor has an excellent layout with a fantastic, fully fitted and modern, open plan kitchen/living room opening onto the lovely garden and terrace at the rear of the house. A charming window seat has been incorporated into the dining area whilst the fantastic island unit promotes stylish and easy living. Adjacent to the kitchen is the beautifully decorated reception room which again enjoys pretty views of the garden and fields beyond. At the front of the house is a bright and cosy sitting room. The downstairs WC and utility room are logically arranged for easy family living.

On the first floor are four double bedrooms and two beautifully styled bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the principal bedroom which has excellent storage.

The south east facing garden has lovely box borders and a bright terrace ideal for outdoor entertaining.
