LOCATION

The property occupies an elevated position close to the centre of the village set back from the lane and with a open aspect across the village and countryside beyond. Llanasa is within a conservation area and regarded as a highly sought after village.

It has won the Best Kept Village Award for the county on several occasions together with the Best Kept Village in Wales. Llanasa supports a village hall, public house and church with more comprehensive services in the towns of Prestatyn or Holywell. OUTSIDE

The property is approached via a splayed, gated entrance through which Woodlands will have a right of access if in indepenent ownership.
