You will receive the same service that we have always offered.  Photos, floorplans and full internet portal advertising and feedback. The service remains the same. We will show your house to prospective buyers that we have made appointments for and we will manage the sale for you once your property goes ‘under offer’. LETTINGS and MANAGEMENT Nothing much changes as you will find the staff at H & T Online both friendly and helpful.They are all Harper & Tweedie seasoned professionals and we are delighted to bring them with us into our new online agency. With many years in the industry (too many to mention but more than 50 in total) under their belts you can be assured that the team will look after your property like it was their own.  Our fees for introducing tenants are 5% + Vat. Costs for additional services such as Inventories, CP12, EPC etc. are available upon request. Management is 8% + Vat and Rent Collection is 2% + Vat. We are moving with the times to offer a fresh approach to selling and letting to both our long standing and new clients. Our offices  are still in Kingston but we will not have a shop front. The internet has long been the primary marketplace for selling and letting property so by going digital as H & T Online we can drive down prices by reducing our overheads and so pass this saving on to our clients without compromising on service.
