The Alderley is set on a quiet gated park, with sea views and private access onto the 7-mile stretch of Brean and Berrow Beach. A side decking will be included, parking is set behind the caravan.
Yellow Sands Holiday Park, is a family-operated holiday park set in the popular beachside resort of Brean. Brean is famous for its beautiful beaches and provision of activities and amenities in the local area. Yellow Sands benefits from a live-on warden and a laundrette. Set in a central location of Brean, next door provides a parade of shops including a bakery, newsagents, hot food takeaway and a bar. With private access onto the beach, owning at Yellow Sands provides the perfect opportunity to explore Brean Down or walk to the Burnham-On-Sea Low Lighthouse. Owning in Brean, you also have access to the wider amenities of Weston-Super-Mare on your doorstep, and a gateway to the wider South West destinations.
Stepping into the Alderley from your decking, you step into the open plan living, kitchen and dining room. At the very front is the living room, which enjoys glass double doors to open out onto your decking. The lounge also benefits from two sofas, a coffee table, an electric fireplace with storage and a media unit. Adjacent to this is the dining area, with freestanding furniture. Behind this is the integrated fridge-freezer with storage. This leads into the kitchen area, configured as a U shape. Towards the rear is the sleeping quarters with a master bedroom with a make-up table, wardrobe and an ensuite WC. There is also a twin room and a family shower room with WC.
Please note, you cannot live on-park, you must have a primary residence elsewhere. All lodges are offered as holiday homes.
