Longhurst is situated in the popular village of Diddlebury within the Corvedale. The village itself
has a renowned junior and infant school, parish church and village hall, it is an extremely active community. The village is surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in Shropshire. Diddlebury is conveniently located for access to nearby market towns including the market town of Ludlow which offers an excellent range of everyday amenities including a host of independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

The property is approached via a driveway with large turning circle around a lawned area and tree. A canopied porch over the front door leads you through into the welcoming reception hallway with stairs rising to the first floor and original parquet herringbone flooring, which continues through into the snug and dining room. The rest of the home has recently been recarpeted throughout, with the parquet flooring continuing under the living room carpet.

The living room which is well proportioned, has double aspect windows including a large bay window to the frontage. The room is centred around an open fireplace with tiled hearth. The snug has a large window to the front and offers versatility in usage with potential to be a study or playroom. To the rear of the home is the dining room with windows to two elevations looking out over the garden.

The kitchen/breakfast room has a large range of base and wall units, with worktop space over. Appliances include a waist height double oven, hob with extractor over and freestanding dishwasher. A large window looks out over the garden. A door from the kitchen opens into a useful utility/boot room with door to both the integrated garage and outside. The downstairs accommodation is completed by the WC with wash hand basin and separate cloakroom adjacent to this offering further storage.

Upstairs there are three excellent sized double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The principal bedroom benefits from a walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower room. The two further bedrooms, one of which has two large built in wardrobes share the huge family bathroom which comprises large corner bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and vanity unit with inset wash basin.

Outside, the whole plot extends to approximately 0.65 of an acre, with the garden wrapping around the property. To the frontage is a walled patio area, creating a great space to entertain during the summer months, beyond this is an area laid to lawn. To the rear is a large garden, which provides a blank canvas for a new owner to put their stamp on. The whole plot is bordered by mature trees ensuring a secluded, tranquil space to enjoy.
