Features and description

  • Selection of nine building plots
  • Various sizes available
  • Services already installed
  • Level site
  • Road access in place
  • Semi-rural location
This is a very exciting opportunity to purchase a self-build plot in the highly sought-after Town of Bovey Tracey (on the outskirts of Dartmoor National Park). The proposed nine plots are located in a quiet location situated to the rear of a recent larger development. The site can be accessed via a recently constructed road allowing ease of access and delivery of materials. It is envisaged that the development will have a distinctly different feel from the adjacent recently constructed development through which access is derived. The plots really allow for the opportunity to create something special, largely due to the extensive Materials Pallet (copy of which is in these details) that allow for a range of different finishes and styles. The serviced site is located a short distance from the town centre of Bovey Tracey making it ideally suited for easy access to either Dartmoor National Park or the excellent road and rail links. The nine plots come in various sizes allowing you to select the one that best suits your requirements. In addition to the road access the cul-de-sac location will also benefit from a separate pedestrian and cycle path access.

BOVEY TRACEY

The country town of Bovey Tracey is on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park and offers a good range of amenities, with a number of shops, a library, and a primary school as well as doctors, dentists, and veterinary surgeries. The property is a short distance from Mill Marsh Park which has a broad range of recreational facilities for all ages including a play park, skatepark and playing fields. Slightly further afield you will find a variety of recreational activities available in the area, including walking, riding, fishing, and golf. Around 2.5 miles from the town, at Heathfield, there is access to the A38 Devon Expressway, connecting to Exeter and the M5 motorway to the North and Plymouth to the South.
