“We bought our apartment from new, we had plenty of choice at the time but decided No 29 stood out for us due to its location at the rear i.e. away from the main road and because of its lovely wooded outlook. We could picture ourselves sat on our patio whilst enjoying the wildlife (which indeed we do most days with a cup of tea). We liked it was in the smaller block and being on the ground floor meant we didn’t have to rely on lifts and stairs.
