"I've been involved in residential estate agency since 1996 and decided to start my own company in 2001 with my then business partner, Stephen. Our aim was to provide a level of service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants alike, that would leave them sufficiently happy to use us again, and to tell their friends and family about their experience, therefore building our client base through recommendation. We had no big advertising budget to enable us to tell world how great we were, so had to rely on word of mouth, repeat business and referral.
