A spacious detached bungalow set in South and west facing gardens. The bungalow is in a small close and well off any passing traffic, within the village of Kilve, which is within the Quantocks Hills, in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The famous Kilve Beach is approximately 1 mile further down the lane. Kilve is mentioned in the Doomsday Book and currently offers The Hood Arms, which is a 17th Century coaching in and a Post office/local shop.

The bungalow offers a main bedroom, with en suite shower, two main bedrooms, a double aspect sitting room, separate dining room (or 4th bedroom), WC, oak fitted kitchen breakfast room (with fitted LPG gas hob and extractor fan above, integrated eye level electric oven and space for fridge/freezer), utility room with further storage units and spaces for washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Access out to rear garden. Main family bathroom, attached 19ft garage, driveway parking for three cars. The gardens are landscaped, to include a substantial patio area, lawns, beds, vegetable area with greenhouse and shed. The bungalow benefits from having sealed unit double glazing and oil fired central heating.

The main town of Bridgwater, is approximately 12 miles away, with main shops and schools and motorway links (M5).

West Somerset is gaining in popularity, with beaches and the beautiful Exmoor National Park.
From Minehead, travel East on the A39 towards Bridgwater and Taunton. Continue until Williton and at the roundabout, take the second exit, still on the A39 and signposted Bridgwater. Travel through the village and continue for approximately 5 1/5 miles and enter the village of Kilve. Look for The Hood Arms on the left and then turn left into Sea Lane. After approximately 100 metres, turn left into Millands Lane. Travel up the lane for approximately 40 metres and turn left, where No 24 will be found on the right hand side.
