OWNER INSIGHT

"I have lived here for two years and loved every minute, but my partner and I are now looking to upsize. The best and my favourite part about this apartment is safety and privacy, especially if you are working from home. It is tucked away from the main road noise and is perfect if you have young children or pets. All the neighbours are very friendly and welcoming, we have a group chat and sometimes go to dinners and host barbecues during the summer. Over my time here, I have developed some close relationships I will take wherever I go. The location is ideal also because you are not too close, but not far either from shops and the high street, and if you head either north or south, you will get to a beach in approximately 20 minutes walk.

STEP INSIDE

A driveway leads to a communal courtyard where a pathway leads to a STORM PORCH Porch with glazed front door opening to the RECEPTION HALL with airing cupboard housing the hot water cylinder and slat shelving. The KITCHEN is fitted with a range of units and working surfaces with inset stainless steel sink unit. Spaces and provisions for cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Large window overlooking the courtyard garden. SITTING/DINING ROOM with hardwood bamboo flooring, window and patio door opening to the conservatory. The CONSERVATORY is double glazed with polycarbonate roof and door to the courtyard garden. DOUBLE BEDROOM with hardwood bamboo flooring, built-in wardrobe and window overlooking the courtyard garden. SHOWER ROOM with suite of electric power shower, wash hand basin and WC. Fully tiled walls and obscure glazed window.

STEP OUTSIDE

To the rear of the apartment there is a courtyard garden, laid to concrete with fenced boundary to one side, which is approached from either the Sun Lounge or Via a communal pathway to the side of the building. We understand that the boundaries for this area follow the same line as the side walls of the apartment until they meet a communal walkway running across the rear.
