PLANNING

This plot was granted full planning permission (June 2022) in principle for one detached four-bedroom property with garden ground. (Falkirk Council planning reference no: P/21/0577/FUL). There is scope for two properties with the appropriate permissions being required.

GROUND STABILISATION
