About this agent

Accommodation.co.uk was born out of a desire to help Generation Rent. As renters themselves, co-founders Aaron Short and Matthew Meekins felt that their needs and the needs of millions of others weren’t being met. John Lomas, an experienced landlord, felt that there was a lack of audit trail to determine the real cause of issues between tenants and agents, and a lack of an integrated end to end platform that encompassed property maintenance, communication and compliance issues. So, they set out to create a next generation letting agency, built on great people and great technology to help streamline the rental experience, making it better for everyone.
