I've spent over 12 years in the York lettings industry renting and managing investment properties. I realise how daunting and time consuming it can be for an investor to look for a good rental property while also getting on with their day to day lives. I've had many conversations with friends and colleagues who wished they had invested in property, but just didn’t have the time or knowledge to do so. So, I decided to combine my passion for property and hands-on experience in letting and managing properties and set up MT Property Consultancy. I get a huge buzz from helping clients achieve their investment goals, joining the dots of property investment and doing so in plain English, communicating well and never over-complicating things.
