The location has good links to the A303 public highway between Southfields roundabout at Ilminster and the Eagle Tavern Cross near the village of Bishopswood. Local facilities can be found in the neighbouring villages or further afield at the market towns of Ilminster or Chard, or the county town of Taunton to the north.
