This means we can provide a highly efficient and focused matching service for landlords and tenants With 18 years of letting a range of good properties in Cambridge we have established an enviable reputation with many large companies located in the science parks, independent property owners as well as the colleges in the city centre. As we are a small, independent agent we are able to take on board feedback from both tenants and landlords - and respond. As such we are developing a plan of action to reduce our environmental impact in our local office as well as the large number of properties that we manage.
