DIRECTIONS
From Edinburgh:

Take the M90 over the Queensferry Crossing. Exit the M90 at junction 3 just before Halbeath. Head out to the A92 past Kirkcaldy and up to Glenrothes. At the first roundabout turn second left up Beaufort Drive. Turn left at the second roundabout (the house for sale is just to the south of the roundabout), along Glamis Avenue and first left into Megginch Place car park area. No.365 is the 10th and last house back along Glamis Avenue (nearest the roundabout). There is a pathway from the car park to No.365 which runs to the east of the rows of houses, then along the south side of the house (see plan in photos).

From Dundee:
Proceed over the Tay Bridge on the A92 past Ladybank to Glenrothes. Go straight on for the first two roundabouts and fifth exit at the next roundabout, and continue as above up Beaufort Drive to the second roundabout along Glamis Avenue and first left to Megginch Place (then as above).
