We also love the large bathroom, which many similar properties cannot replicate, and were lucky to raise our family with 2 spacious bedrooms and a single. The time has come for us to “down-size” to a single-storey property where we can grow old and enjoy our retirement closer to family and friends!

We have spent many an hour lovingly redecorating each room over the years and most recently had a full roof installation around 10 years ago. We also keep on top of the boiler servicing and have fully boarded and insulated the loft.

We have many happy memories in the house from both our children and grandchildren and will certainly miss the central location, having such easy access to London from Mitcham Eastfields train station, a 5-minute walk away, which is just 20 minutes into London Victoria. We will certainly miss the easy access to the town centre which boasts everything you need in terms of shops, banks and food outlets."
