Chris Anthony Estates is a family run business, our values are hugely important to the whole team. We value honesty, morals and integrity and want our customers to feel like they can really trust us. We have a friendly approach and we work together as a team with no individual sales targets set to reach. So, no pushy sales tactics making us different to the rest of the industry. As an independent estate agency, we are only paid when we rent or sell properties at completion, not when they are listed on the market. We are small enough to provide a personal service to our clients, tailoring it to their exact requirements with a dedicated negotiator handling the process from start to finish. We value each and every single one of our clients, regardless if they have one property or multiple, our clients are not just another number to us. We are committed to providing a second to none service to every one of our landlords and vendors, after all it’s our own reputation that’s on the line.  With this is mind, we are here to ensure that we provide an excellent service throughout the (usually stressful!) buying, selling or renting experience.
