- Non-competing medical/health practitioners and wellness/beauty therapists only
- Independent specialists who adhere to high standard professionals
- Preferably have an existing client following
- Responsible for own logistics, marketing and administration
- Fully qualified and insured to carry out service provisions.

The centre hosts a waiting/reception area, four individual consultation suites (three with hand basins), a WC and kitchenette, arranged over the ground floor of a modern block.
