They would open perfectly on to an L-shaped decking (not included) which really would extend the living area so you can enjoy evening meals and a drink as the sun sets on a summer evening.

In the master bedroom, which Carnaby describe as the biggest they've ever made, there is a large contemporary headboard, large wardrobe, stylish bedside tables and cupboards. Opposite the bed (which lifts up for additional storage) is a dressing table and the en-suite shower room is ideally placed just off the bedroom with large shower, WC and wash basin ensuring queues for the main bathroom are kept to a minimum!
In the twin room there is a tall wardrobe with over-bed storage and side table between the two beds. Both bedrooms also have a TV point and USB charging sockets here too.
The family shower room has a large shower, WC and wash basin as in the en-suite, which has a modern towel rail too. There is shelving for toiletries and towels, plus under sink cupboard space too.
This holiday home is available for sale with a pitch license agreement. The park has a season length of 11.5 months a year during which time there are no restrictions on the amount of times an owner can visit their holiday home. The standard annual pitch fee for this park is from £3480 per annum.
