Not easy to find initially, but for me, that is a distinct advantage, as it is tucked away in a quiet little backwater within the quaint development, sited off Alma Road, yet within a couple of minutes walk of all the amenities that Headingley has to offer. How good is that!
The micro position of this apartment has got to be one of the best within the stone-built development. It is located at the very back of the development at the far edge and therefore one is not going to be disturbed by the sound of cars within the communal parking areas nor residents to-ing and fro-ing either. Just the sounds of birds to listen to during the day. So...for me...lots of peace and quiet.



So, having entered through the carpark, your viewing experience will start by walking between the two apartment blocks following the path around to the rear of the right-hand one. The apartment is then the last one on the right.

Proceeding through the front door will take you into a useful vestibule which in turn takes you into the 5-metre living room. A nice start to your viewing experience.
