Planning Consents :
The buildings at Guernsey Farm all now have Change of Use planning consent (with conditions attached prior to occupation) to allow:
Light industrial use including office and R&D use (Class E(G) ) and
Storage and distribution use (Class B8).
Full details of the current planning consents for use of the buildings are available from Arun District Council (Application Reference: M/99/21/PL ) and interested parties should ensure their proposed use is consistent with the present planning permissions for use. See
