Interior
Access to the modern, open plan and spacious living area is through the side door. On entering you have the dinning area to the left, kitchen cupboard/other storage to the right and the kitchen area immediately ahead.

Kitchen area: this modern and ergonomic kitchen benefits from two Velux windows in the vaulted ceiling and features the following: integrated side by side under counter fridge and freezer, integrated washer dryer, integrated microwave, double cavity gas oven grill and stainless-steel gas hob, downdraft extractor fan, pop up power socket and USB charger, concealed fold out ironing board and laminate flooring.

The dining area which is immediately adjacent to the kitchen sits on the same laminate flooring and has a set of dining chairs and table.

To the front of the lodge is the large lounge area which gives access to the patio via double doors.

Lounge area: features 2 single seat armchairs, a 3-seat sofa, upholstered storage footstool, feature fireplace with flame effect electric fire, wall-mounted TV point and tv unit, integrated MP3 sound system, wall mounted mirror and framed wall art. The patio and bay windows benefit from vertical blinds.

To the rear of the lodge are the bedrooms and the bathrooms:

Main bedroom: feature angled king size bed with lift up storage system, remote control TV riser system, bedside cabinets and lamps, mirrored dressing table with seat.

Ensuite bathroom has a bath unit with shower and screen, toilet, basin and mirror. To the right of the bathroom is the walk-in wardrobe.

Guest bedroom: twin single beds with wall mounted cabinets, mirrored wardrobe and wall mounted tv unit. Between the beds is a small bedside table.

Guest bathroom: one piece fibreglass shower enclosure with thermostatically controlled shower, vanity unit with mirror and inset sink, toilet, and gas boiler cupboard.

Surrounding the lodge is low maintenance landscaping and the lodge has its own car space.
