FROM BODMIN Follow A30 past Bodmin to Victoria Interchange, leave A30 here and follow signs towards Withiel. Before you reach Withiel you will approach a crossroads where St Wenn is signed LEFT. Take left turning, follow road just over 1 mile to RIGHT turning beside large red brick house (Princes Park). Take this turning and follow to end, turn RIGHT signed St Breock. Go down hill, over a bridge and you will see a cottage on your LEFT. If you start to climb up the hill you have passed the turning. Take this left and follow the road along, you will then see a large cottage (Trewithian Farm) on your right with a couple garages next to it, carry on following the road and the property is then located on the right hand side just after this.

FROM WADEBRIDGE From roundabout opposite the cinema take the St Breock road. Follow until you reach windmills on top of the downs. With windmills on your RIGHT take 2nd turning to LEFT, signed ST WENN. Follow the road down the hill for approximately 2miles, go past left turning to Ruthernbridge and continue down the hill for 100 yards until there is a cottage on right with RIGHT turn to Trewollack. Take right turning and follow past Trewithen Mill and Trewithen Old Mill, continue up the hill past Trewithian Farm and the property is then just past this property.
