“House, late C18. Squared stone with cut quoins and dressings; slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, slightly irregular. Left-of-centre vertical-panelled door with 12-pane sash above; left bay 16-pane sashes, right bay boarded door with 6-pane sash to left and C20 casement above; all openings in stone surrounds, those to doors with narrow chamfer. Left gable coped with kneelers, stone end stacks. Contemporary outshut to rear.”

Main range rubble with tooled dressings, gingang coursed stone with tooled-and-margined dressings; roofs slate except for stone slates on west side of north part of main range.
