Features and description

In a private and peaceful location in Outend Scalpay we offer for sale this detached bungalow and Croft extending to approx 16.65acres (6.74 hectares). The accommodation comprises entrance vestibule, hallway, lounge, kitchen diner, two bedrooms and bathroom.

Heating is provided by a mixture of electric storage and panel heaters and the property is fully double glazed throughout.

Gardens are located to the front side and rear of the property which are partially defined by post and wire fencing (this will require maintenance to secure the area) The Croft boundary extends to the main road on one side and down to the sea on the other. The elevated position offers sea views to all sides.
