The Lucerne has double glazing, central heating, tall windows to the front and sliding doors side provide a stunning outlook and ensure the living space is light and bright. The TV stand is ideally placed opposite the sofa. The electric fireplace is accompanied by the large mirror above.

Partly partitioned off from the lounge are the kitchen and dining areas. One part of the kitchen is U-shaped with a gas hob cooker here, and ample worktop space.

To the side is free-standing dining furniture which is great for sitting down together for a family meal or entertaining friends.

In the main bedroom there is plenty of storage space with an en-suite WC and wash basin. The twin room also has ample storage space.

Price includes all siting, connections and safety tests, pitch fees until 2024, full valet prior to handover, decking included, we are open all year round, the views are incredibly beautiful, be sure to enjoy them whilst relaxing.
