Rooms include full furnishings like a bed, side table, wardrobes and vanity table/desk, and mini fridge with some rooms having additional seating/lounge area. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms. See photos for a selection of the rooms.

This property location is just a 2min walk to the clifftop and the Eastcliff area of Bournemouth and extremely close to the Train Station, Pier, High Street shops, pubs, clubs and restaurants and pedestrianised areas of Bournemouth Centre.
There is on site parking on a first come first served basis.

There are food prep, laundry and dining facilities as well as a large communal garden that can be used.
