About this agent

That combination of knowledge of Birmingham and property, blended with a passion to do a better job every day is why we are one the best property agents in the city, but I guess we would say that. The Summer of 2008 will always be synonymous with the biggest financial crisis mankind can remember, but it wasn’t all bad… PLACES Birmingham was born. Just as the property market collapsed over the space of a few weeks, we thought ‘Birmingham could do with another estate agent right about now’. Based in the middle of Brindleyplace we quickly built a reputation for being a bit different, hopefully a bit better too. Our office is modern, maybe too modern. Someone once came in and asked if we were an art installation. I think it was a compliment. Estate agents hardly have the best reputation, most certainly don’t do much to dispel the stereotypes. We actually care about doing a great job first and foremost. Maybe we won’t change everyone’s mind about our industry but one-by-one we will show them it can be done better. Collectively our team has almost 75 years of property buying, selling and renting experience. There isn’t much we haven’t seen over that time. However, we do not rest on our laurels. Continual improvement drives us forwards. We love Birmingham, so much… so so much. We know every part of it intimately. There’s been a tremendous amount of attention on our home these past few years and we couldn’t be prouder of its evolution into one of Europe’s best cities.
