As an owner you benefit from personal access to the lodge for 12 weeks of the year, as well as a fully inclusive marketing/maintenance/housekeeping package, which includes the promotion of your lodge/lodges, the taking of bookings and processing payments, booking of activities housekeeping and maintenance in preparation for the arrival of your new guests, you need not lift a finger. Each lodge is offered with a 50-year renewable licence and a 1-year warranty.
