“We have lived at 37 Pearcroft road for 7 years, moving in in early 2016 following a full renovation. We got married and had our two children here, weathered the pandemic and lived a very full life. The house is a warm and practical home. Pearcroft road is a lovely community and the house is perfectly placed for the community hubs centred around Leyton, Leytonstone and Francis Road. We frequently use the Northcote and Heathcote pubs, Unity Coffee and the various book shops, delicatessens, record shops etc. on Francis Road on a weekly basis.  The house is also perfectly placed for enjoying four large green spaces: the Olympic Park, Hackney Marshes, Wanstead Flats and Epping Forest. 
 
The house has been perfectly suited to our needs. The open plan is great for family life with the kitchen in the heart of it all. The garden has been carefully looked after and brought to life with lots of mature perennials. There is scope to extend the house subject to planning permissions which would fit well with the current layout and would enhance still further this family home. All in all we have loved living here and hope that the house passes to good hands.”
