Property Genius is a modern lettings and property management company that aims to stand out from the crowd. Our goal is to make a difference in the lettings industry by delivering the best customer service imaginable. Our solution is to build lasting relationships with our customers, to use technology to help us be more responsive, and to stay fresh, be exciting and remain authentic. We started in 2010 with little more than a small number of landlords willing to take a chance. Today, we’re working with over 800 landlords bringing our unique approach to the South Manchester region. That’s a phenomenal achievement, but we still remember our background, our focus, our goal. We know what’s important to both landlords and tenants and we’ve developed some pretty great services and features to meet those needs, bringing it all together in ways other agents can't. Of course, we’re members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and protect our tenants' deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) but we go further. We have a passion for getting to know our customers and have an ability to use technology to give us an advantage.
