A smartly finished three-bedroom maisonette with a large private section of garden, the property is generously proportioned, well finished throughout and in a central location.

Internally you are presented with a large reception room that spans the width of the building, with wooden flooring and high ceilings. An original marble fireplace draws the eye and there is ample space to relax and entertain. The garden has a large area for entertaining with a lawn and planted borders. The kitchen is modern with real cork flooring and has an extensive range of shaker style units, good storage and space for a table and chairs. All bedrooms are good sizes with new windows throughout and will accommodate a double bed and furniture. The bathroom is very stylish with a boutique finish and has a double ended freestanding bath for a relaxing soak and a shower cubicle for the morning dash, the vaulted ceiling with exposed beams is a clever addition.

Owner comment:
"We've poured our hearts into it - turning it from a shell with promise in 2013 into a wonderful home. We put in double glazed hardwood sash windows (with extra laminate layer for even more insulation), a dream bathroom with exposed beams, and said goodbye to the the wood-chip wallpaper. The garden was an old overgrown gravel yard so we laid a lawn, painted a 30ft mural in honour of camberwell's slogan "All's Well" (see #allswellwall) with some other artists, and in lockdown got the flowers and veggies blooming.

It's been a wonderful family home (we have a two year old). But before family came along I rented out two of the double rooms and never had a shortage of people wanting to live there. It feels more like a house than a flat and with two downstairs social spaces you never feel on top of each other. But the huge lounge can comfortably gather everyone - and is a great space for a party too."

Located in the heart of Zone 2 with the buzz and excitement of Camberwell on your doorstep. Within a two minute walk you will find some of South London's most raved about eateries, including. Theos for the best pizzas we have had in S.London and the Michelin Guide recommended Crooked Well. With the South London Gallery and the glorious Victorian Camberwell Baths also a short walk away, no weekends will be spent twiddling your thumbs. Local public transport links are excellent - Access to the City and West End is easy from Denmark Hill is 0.4miles away on foot for fast and frequent services to Victoria, St Pancras and Blackfriars. London's orbital Overground network also serves these stations, linking you directly to beautiful Clapham and trendy Shoreditch while nearby bus routes offer fast and frequent 24-hour services to all four corners of the city.

Now a centrally located zone 2 part of South East London, we’ve seen an influx of people look to buy in this area over Herne Hill, Brixton and Dulwich in recent years – and we have a substantial amount of desirable Victorian and Georgian properties in the portfolio to be able to accommodate for this growing demand. Camberwell Estate Agents & Letting AgentsThe upwards trend among varying demographics to buy here is largely due to the great value for money that the area represents. Here there are a number of excellent schools both in the state and private sectors, which has been known to draw in the friendliest of families. These schools include Lyndhurst Primary, St. Saviours, Dog Kennel Hill and The Charter School. Being home to one of the world’s leading arts institutions, Camberwell College of Arts, and of course being in close residence of South London Gallery, the area is fast becoming a hub for artisan types. It’s also the houses that offer an attractive townscape punctuated with a characterful take on elegance – here you’ll find rows of polished cream coloured Georgian houses standing beside well-known street murals. The area has a fantastic vibe with many things to do – afternoon cocktails at The Crooked Well, a Victorian swimming pool, table tennis in Camberwell Green, the finest Tapas at Angels & Gypsies, Sunday concerts on the bandstand in Ruskin Park, community choirs, swing dance and more!  Camberwell is always improving too. Burgess Park has recently had a whopping £6m makeover and is now the perfect environment for the sports-mad, offering a sports centre, football pitches, cricket pitches, tennis courts, table tennis, fishing permits, a 5km running track and a BMX track.
