GUIDE PRICE £550,000 - £580,000

This much improved three bedroom linked semi-detached family home is situated on the popular Darenth Village Park development. The property has been thoughtfully re-configured by the current owners to create a spacious and versatile family home with an interior layout that is very versatile. The property also has the further benefit of planning permission to enhance the property further with a loft conversion providing additional rooms in the roof space. Internally the property currently comprises of an entrance hall, cloakroom, beauty treatment studio/hobby room (which has the potential as a guest room), sitting room, spacious dining area which is open plan to the newly fitted kitchen/breakfast room, utility room and home office with bi-fold doors (which was previously the garage). To the first floor are three bedrooms family bathroom and en-suite shower room from the master bedroom. This well presented property benefits from solar panels which provide an income, CCTV, double glazing, central heating, off road parking to front and landscaped low maintenance timber decked rear garden which makes for a great entertaining space with timber bar. The M25, M20, M2, and A2 road links are all within easy reach, the Dartford Crossing and the famous Bluewater shopping centre with its comprehensive range of shopping facilities and eateries are both just a short drive away and conveniently located for Darent Valley Hospital. This property really is a one off and we strongly recommend an internal inspection to fully appreciate what’s on offer with this versatile home.

Location
Dartford is the principal town in the borough of Dartford and is home to Dartford F.C. It is situated in the northwest corner of Kent, 16 miles (26 km) east south-east of Central London. Dartford became a market town in medieval times and, although today it is principally a commuter town for Greater London, it has a long history of religious, industrial and cultural importance and has an important rail hub. The main through-road avoids the town itself and the town centre offers many facilities including Prospect Place Retail Park, the Orchard theatre, library, museum, central park, weekly markets and an array of local shops and public houses. Dartford has plenty of schools catering from reception to year 13 which includes four grammar schools at secondary level. The town centre is situated in a valley through which the River Darent flows, and where the old road from London to Dover crossed: hence the name, from Darent + ford. Dartford also has a mainline railway station (truncated)
