Ashurst and therefore the property is located within the New Forest National Park, the house is just 5 minutes walk from Ashurst New Forest Railway Station. The house is centrally located within the village allowing a 5 minute walk to the local shop and 2 minutes to two pubs and further shops. You are also located within the catchment area for the impressive Foxhills infants and junior schools and Hounsdown Science secondary school. 

The Ashurst (formerly Lyndhurst Road) station provides good opportunities for train travel around the area, the line connects to Brockenhurst a few miles to the southwest and is a direct commuter route to London Waterloo in only 1hr 30 minutes. 

In the opposite direction from Ashurst village just a couple of miles away is Lyndhurst unofficial capital of the New Forest with further restaurants, coffee shops and a good range of shopping.
