"I have lived at this address for over 30 years on and off and have nothing but happy memories.
Particularly during the pandemic in which a real sense of community was formed.
There's now a communal vegetable garden if you are of a horticultural nature.

In our opinion it's rare to find a studio that offers a separate bathroom and kitchen. Due to this the flat feels very similar to a one-bedroom property. In fact, the flexible layout and overall size of the studios in Paxton Road have allowed a few properties to change their layout and create a separate bedroom / sleeping area.

The flat itself offers over 340 sq ft of living space which is only slightly smaller than some one-bedroom flats.

With so much to offer at an affordable price in the Forest Hill area, we believe this property offers great value for a first-time buyer, long term investor or someone wishing to downsize.

Paxton Road is located approximately 0.7 miles to Forest Hill station and town centre and approximately 0.6 miles to Bell Retail Park which is home to some well-known shops such as Next, Sports Direct, B&Q, Next, Costa and McDonalds Drive through.
