It’s very well insulated and absorbs and retains the heat so my heating bills are low. The high ceilings also make it feel spacious and airy. It’s so close to transport and the restaurants and cafes in Tufnell Park, Kentish Town etc. The Tufnell Park Tavern is 2 minutes away. Budgens is almost next door and Parliament Hill Fields is a short walk away and other green spaces such as Tufnell Park Playing fields, Foxham Gardens & Whittington Park. I will miss the speed to get into cental London by tube and Nag’s Head Market and great shopping centre on Holloway Road. It’s been such a great place to live feels safe at night as always people out walking down from the tube station.”
