Farm land

This 110 acre upland pasture is a productive block of grazing land and provides opportunities for multiple uses subject to obtaining appropriate permissions. As you can see in the schedule below there is approximately 106.4 acres of land above the moorland line and 4.38 acres of land below the moorland line that is classified as SDA land by the RPA.

The land is well suited to grazing as upland pasture but also has great potential for environmental stewardship agreements and possible forestry and woodland projects.

Environmental Stewardship: The land is currently subject to a stewardship agreement that ends on 30/04/2022 the options applied to the land are as follows HL10 (restoration of moorland) and HL15 (Seasonal exclusion of livestock). The purchasers will be required to keep the requirements of the scheme and will be held liable for any breach that may incur penalties on the vendor.
