Michael Scott has been letting properties since 1976 and is a member of the regional committee for the NLA (National Landlords Association) which runs the Deposit Protection Scheme with Hamilton Frazier Insurance. Scott Castle is a family run business managing several hundred units of rented properties in the local area from our Boscombe office covering Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and surrounding areas.  In 2018 Scott Castle have launched into block management to continue to grow the business and offer the family service to a wider audience.  Scott Castle have a vast experience in dealing with all aspects of renting not only from a letting service but also in dealing with legal matters, right to rent legislation, benefit claims, local authority and the ever changing rules and regulations of property management. As a family run business our goal is to provide the complete service for landlords whilst ensuring tenants and peace of mind.
