Description

Black Eagle Cottage is a charming thatched cottage located in the highly desirable village of Harome.

Comprising of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living spaces, this detached home maintains original features and has also had many modern updates in keeping with the style of the property.

The front door leads into the sitting room with a wonderful vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and log burner, this leads through to the kitchen with a rustic appeal with the original range and beams and windows overlooking the garden. On the ground floor a principal bedroom suite has been created from three individual rooms, with two dressing rooms one of which has a delightful free-standing bath. A modern shower room completes this floor.

To the first floor is the second bedroom with vaulted ceiling and exposed stone walls. There is a lovely mezzanine level with seating area overlooking the sitting room.

In addition to the main house is a one bedroom annexe with shower room and a garden room with French doors opening on to the mature garden, ideal as an office or great accommodation for guests to stay in.

A separate outbuilding is currently used as the laundry room.

The house benefits from off street parking.
